Footage Analysis
Why Footage Analysis is IMPORTANT
One of the most common questions I get asked is 'how do I get better at karting?'. There's many ways, one of my responses is apart from travelling to do as many tracks as possible to expand your knowledge and therefore increase your ability to adapt, I HIGHLY recommend you record the racing that you do in some form. Whether it be a camera mounted onto the kart or onto yourself, you can use the footage to compare against others, scrutinise your own driving or get someone else who is credible to analyse your driving to provide useful pointers. This is what I did.
For several years I have been analysing clients' footage and delivering the review in a video format with facecam and commentary to watch in their own time. Whether it be analysis on a fastest lap or feedback on how to better manage a race, I cover anything you feel you want feedback on. I have extensive experience on indoor and outdoor rentals and with that a lot of footage collected over the last decade - if there is any relevant footage I feel can be shared or compared with your submission to help support the review, I will do so.
These footage analysis reviews are a step above from the track tutorials as it solely focuses on your driving, and therefore tips and tricks to benefit YOU.. as everyone can drive differently.
Please see below the form to send a footage analysis submission - I recommend you upload your footage either through YouTube as 'Unlisted' so only people with the link can see it, or by using Google Drive or any other storage service, so long as I can access it. Any comments on what you would like done or any requests please mention it in the related field above.
